Because games are controlled from the server, round results update automatically once your connection returns. If a slot spin was already in progress, that result is saved. If you notice any issue in live casino or sports betting, let us know via live chat — the support team will check the round history.

VIP Benefits
Each week, a set percentage of your net losses is returned to you as cashback. The higher your VIP tier, the higher your cashback rate. The rate differs at each tier from Bronze up to Diamond. Cashback is credited automatically on a weekly basis.
Higher VIP tiers bring a greater weekly cashback rate, early access to special promotions, and dedicated support. Reaching Diamond tier gives you access to the highest level of benefits that btd69 offers.
You move up automatically by playing and betting regularly. The more active you are, the faster you advance. When your tier changes, a notification appears in the interface, and the new cashback rate applies from the following week.
btd69 has five VIP tiers in total: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), and Diamond (up to 0.8%). Benefits increase step by step at each tier.
The specific rules for tier changes depend on account activity. For full details, ask via btd69's live chat support. Generally, players who have been active over the long term retain their tier.
Cricket & Sports Betting
If a match is abandoned due to rain or declared a "no result", the bets on that match are generally considered void and the stake is returned. However, if the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result may be treated as final. Check the terms and conditions for specific rules.
Yes, you can place accumulator or "parlay" bets at btd69 — combining multiple selections multiplies the total odds significantly. However, if any one selection is wrong, the entire bet loses. This offers the chance of higher returns but also carries higher risk.
