1. Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the btd69 platform and any user of this platform ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the btd69 website or mobile platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform — live casino, slot games, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and esports), virtual games, and any other services btd69 currently provides or may provide in the future. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

Only the following mobile banking methods are accepted for deposits on the btd69 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your name.
• Depositing from a third party's mobile banking account is prohibited.
• Funds will be credited to your account only after the deposit amount has been successfully verified.
• If a deposit is made with incorrect information, the full responsibility lies with you.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking account used for deposits.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If additional verification is required, the withdrawal process may be temporarily delayed.
• In cases of suspicious activity, btd69 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is given on the first deposit at btd69, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Importantly, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = after placing a total of ৳25,000 in bets, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

• The bonus is valid for a set period from the date it is issued.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• btd69 reserves the right to exclude certain games from bonus wagering.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses by accumulating them across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

6.3 Other Promotions

Regular promotions, cashback offers, and VIP rewards may have their own terms, which will be published separately with each offer. The general rule is that each promotion applies once per person and per account.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on btd69 is conducted fairly and transparently. The following general rules apply:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any game or bet is deemed void due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Sports betting market settlements will be based on the official results from the relevant sporting authority.
• In the event of a dispute over any result, btd69's decision will be considered final.
• btd69 reserves the right to correct any bet placed at an incorrect amount or odds displayed due to a system error or display glitch.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btd69 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits ("bonus abuse").
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software (bots), macros, or any other automation tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Coordinating with other users to place bets collectively ("collusion").
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, all funds may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken where applicable.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

btd69 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification.
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account. For self-exclusion requests, we will provide appropriate assistance.

10. Limitation of Liability

btd69 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Disruption to a game or bet due to internet connection issues, power outages, or any other technical reason.
• Theft of account information due to a security vulnerability on your device.
• A transaction failing to complete due to a delay or failure in a third-party service (mobile banking).
• Service disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) — such as natural disasters, war, or government intervention.
